Sad news from the Philippines

It appears that a General Reyes, recently implicated in corruption in the Armed Forces of the Philippines, committed suicide. It was claimed he illegally received over 50 million pesos, when he left the Armed Forces, in a very poor Country. Many have sent condolences to his family, but still the amount of money that was plundered, that is gradually being revealed will likely grow into the Billions of pesos. Sad to Say.
